@Apple just tried to buy something from your store. It won’t let me choose my postcode AT ALL. Apple support gave me the lamest advice ever and then disconnected and put me through to a chatbot. I know you don’t give a fuck but you lost a sale tonight

Sorted now. I suspect it’s because you never asked me to set up voice biometrics and have never required it before. It only started working after I set it up on my old phone, which has never once asked for it
@NatWest_Help trying to install the app on my new phone, and it keeps failing at the “set up biometric approval on this device” step. Working fine on my old phone but I need to get rid of that! I have reinstalled the app twice and rebooted the phone. Please help

@EDFEnergy_UK trying to inform you of a bereavement. Your system forces me down email route. Then rejects as my email doesn't match your accounts. Breaking news, the person who died and had an account cannot email on account of being dead, so this will never work. Top tip. Idiots
@AvivaUK I will DM you but just to be clear - it’s not that I am “not liking the offers”. What I am not liking is the fact that when I don’t interact with your emails you text me about how I haven’t clicked on your emails. That’s some stalker level stuff right there
