For 70 years, HMS Sultan has been powering the Royal Navy's engineering capability. Today, that legacy continues, shaping the engineers our frontline needs for generations to come. #HMSSultan#PoweringNavalEngineering#RoyalNavy

Lead🫡 Fight⚔️ Win🏅
@CaptAndyBray@RoyalNavy
Let us be clear: Britannia Royal Naval College remains the home of Officer training.
There are no plans to sell BRNC and its central role in developing naval leaders continues.
The immovable high standards to pass out of BRNC have not altered.
This modernised system strengthens our ability to generate capable, confident and mission‑ready leaders.
It is the right change, at the right time, to ensure we remain ready to fight and win
As the Royal Navy evolves, so must the way we train our people.
These changes ensure we continue to develop leaders ready to fight, lead and win now and in the future.

This is about investing in our people, improving our resilience and ensuring our training pipeline is ready for the challenges of the future.
It ensures new Officers are better prepared for leadership.
The threats are changing & the Royal Navy is evolving. It’s imperative our initial training is modernised to deliver the best warfighting leaders.
These changes will enhance new Officers capability, confidence & fighting spirit required in a contested, modern maritime environment
Proud to have passed out today as an officer from BRNC Dartmouth. Commissioned from WO to Lt RN. Deeply honoured to continue serving His Majesty The King. ⚓
