Portsmouth cadets and veterans have marked #ArmedForcesDay with @JohnHealey_MP and @StephenMorganMP.

Among the veterans was 98-year-old Joe Cattini, who had some words of advice for the cadets: "As long as they do what they're told to do, they'll be fine!" 💬
