Enes Kanter Freedom tells "Hannity" he is considering a lawsuit after being ejected from a Chicago Sky game, insisting he never crossed onto the court or touched a player.

Freedom also fires back at Sky owner Michael Alter's extreme gun analogy while defending the decision not to give him a warning.

"For them to come out and throw me out of the game and literally...they said say [my] actions were equal to shooting a gun, I just couldn't believe it."

He told Hannity he does not want to add financial pressure to a league deep in the red, saying he actually cares about the players.

When Hannity floated going after the Chicago Sky specifically, he agreed instantly.

The context makes the restraint stand out more.

The Sky's owner defended the ejection by comparing a step toward the court to firing a gun at someone, then admitted he does not know whether the step ever happened, has no audio of the exchange, and will not discipline the player who was shouting back.

Enes has been banned from Sky home games, but he’s still choosing not to sue the entire league.

That restraint is rare in these culture fights.
