@narendramodi@nsitharaman@PMOIndia@nsitharamanoffc@RBI my request to you is to relook at LTCG on equity shares and bring it back to what it was earlier to get FII money back to India in Investment and to stop FII from withdrawing money to keep ₹ stable.
Stop wasting hours trying to learn AI. 📘📚

Exclusive: Meta just released Llama 3.1 405B — the first-ever open-sourced frontier AI model, beating top closed models like GPT-4o across several benchmarks.
I sat down with Mark Zuckerberg, diving into why this marks a major moment in AI history.

It is no secret that I support the BJP. I am not a member, but as a citizen it is my right to support a party and to voice that support.
However, I do try to be as objective as possible. Again, as a non-member I have the freedom to do so. I have now read the manifestoes of both BJP and Congress, and heard their de facto leaders (PM Modi and Rahul Gandhi.)
The Congress manifesto can be summed up in one word: desperate. They are promising 1 lakh rupee to one woman from every poor family - and to every woman from SC/ST/OBC background. Just basic math shows it is impossible - it is more than the entire budget. So no defense, no infra, no healthcare, no education.
Even if we forget the caste angle mentioned by RG in his speeches, and go only by poor women getting 1 lakh - does Cong plan to fund it plausibly as they believe extreme poverty is all but over under Modinomics and hence they can afford it?
Ignore for the moment the number and the budget, do we even have a list of the poor? No, the % estimated is basically statistical work. There is no proper list - nor can there be, as it changes every year.
But even if we ignore that problem - a massive problem remains which was there with the 2019 half-baked NYAY idea as well. Dismal scientists call it kinks in supply curve, but ignoring that terminology it simply means - what about the person who is just above poverty line?
In India, a family is above absolute poverty line if they make 1 lakh rupees a year or even a bit less, so will you give one family which is just below that line 1 lakh rupees - and the family which is just above nothing? Now the earlier poorer family is more than twice as rich!
Does not sound like Nyay at all. This sort of half-serious economics is throughout the Congress agenda.
Now come to BJP and Modinomics. There is very little focus on unconditional cash transfers and instead much more focus on empowerment, infrastructure and short-term-pain, long-term-gain type of growth. Mature and responsible.
Indeed, the latest interim budget also showed that. So these are not just words, this is skin-in-the-game. Similarly during the pandemic, PM Modi and FM Sitharaman created a safety net but focused more on supply-side infra push. Many of these projects will see fruition in the second half of this decade, yet they went with it.
This is nationalism. This is good governance. This is leadership. This is fidelity to civilisational responsibility. Kudos to BJP.
Now India deserves a better opposition. But as of now, there is no contest. My support for PM Modi continues.

Today's Supreme Court verdict on the abrogation of Article 370 is historic and constitutionally upholds the decision taken by the Parliament of India on 5th August 2019; it is a resounding declaration of hope, progress and unity for our sisters and brothers in Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. The Court, in its profound wisdom, has fortified the very essence of unity that we, as Indians, hold dear and cherish above all else.
I want to assure the resilient people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh that our commitment to fulfilling your dreams remains unwavering. We are determined to ensure that the fruits of progress not only reach you but also extend their benefits to the most vulnerable and marginalised sections of our society who suffered due to Article 370.
The verdict today is not just a legal judgment; it is a beacon of hope, a promise of a brighter future and a testament to our collective resolve to build a stronger, more united India. #NayaJammuKashmir
