@GWRHelp Your Issues with your app & website means I've paid for tickets that I've not received. The refund/apology should be automatic, and not require me to now jump through hoops asking me for info on your refund site, that I don't have because I didn't receive the ticket?!
@GWRHelp That doesn't help me with regard to not having a UTN? I've paid for tickets that I've not received the refund and an apology should be automatic, not requiring me to jump through hoops by requesting info I don't have because I don't have the ticket?!
@GWRHelp In your refund portal now. However it won't let me make a claim my refund as it requires a UTN as well as the booking ref. As the eTicket never came through I do not have a UTN so can't proceed? What now?

@GWRHelp Purchased a return ticket on the app, but there is no e-ticket on my app or attached to the confirmation email....so no pdf?
How do I get a refund for this journey, which I now don't feel comfortable making as I have paid for a ticket which I haven't been given?
@GWRHelp@HawaiianL1on How does that work?

@IIzzuu__@TVAddictStill@Budfrog@JuliaHB1@ZackPolanski National Insurance (NI) contributions do not pay for state pensions in their entirety. The system operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, meaning the NI paid today funds current retirees. Those contributions are insufficient so govt. subsidizes the shortfall using general taxation.
@sloughtownfc Slough are at Step 2, tier 6....either way the @TheIFROfficial or @FA or @BerksandBucksFA does not protect them, as apparently those protections stop at Tier 5. So much for football heritage, particularly in the non-league game 😔😞

@DeanBeckett16@sloughtownfc It therefore appears somebody missed a trick in not adding those protections at Slough Town.
Apparently in the unlikely event the likes of Arsenal, Man Utd or Liverpool fell below tier 5 they'd also, in theory, lose protection of club crests/colours.
Only the name is protected.
@DeanBeckett16@sloughtownfc Yes, since found that out 🤨😞
Very limited heritage protection below tier 5.
Torquay United Supporters' Trust (TUST) successfully negotiated to have their own "Golden Share" and heritage protection rights legally written directly into the club's own Articles of Association.
@TheIFROfficial Genuine question.
What about step 6 and below?
My club, formerly step 5, are now in the National League South & the owners are changing the badge.
Steps 1-5 would have to follow heritage protocols. What protections does our club have?
@sloughtownfc Thought the Independent Football Regulator (IFR) had oversight down to step 5?
1. Oversight Over Club Identity ("Heritage Protections")
A club cannot make material changes to its traditional crest or its home shirt colors without demonstrating majority fan support?
@sloughtownfc " I want to be clear that our new crest will remain the club's primary identity. We believe it represents the future of Slough Town Football Club and will proudly feature across our teams, merchandise, digital platforms and around Arbour Park."
Sounds much like STFU, ironically
@sloughtownfc You can put lipstick on a pig, it still remains a pig.
The new badge is horrible, apparently took a year to design and was snuck in as a fait accompli. All this latest statement does is double down on that.
Speaks of respect for fans, shows little.
@sloughtownfc Having read the article,
1) If it took 12 months to come up with this, which no fan asked for, you really should ask for a refund.
2) Doing something like this, in this way, shows the exact opposite of respect the article appears to allude to.
3) The new badge is horrible.
@sloughtownfc Horrible and completely unneeded change. Destroys one of the main facets of the clubs identity. Who asked for this? The board should remember they are mere custodians of a football club that will hopefully be around far longer than they will.
