@Jaclynhill I have Crohn’s disease (IBD) so I feel the stomach/abdominal issues girl. During a flare, try eating only puréed food for a while so you can get nutrients but not have to work hard at digestion. CBD oils too, or non-narcotic pain killers (Tramadol)
