@SHoddeMiller Virtual has also opened a huge door in terms of accessibility. I see so many people now who didn’t have any access to therapy before. For those who need or want in person, there are practices and therapists that are offering that. It just takes time to find someone with space.

@SHoddeMiller My younger kids cant be vaccinated &my family cant afford for me to miss work. I’ll eventually be in person again, but I think 75% of my clients will choose virtual bc its so accessible. I know many who are offering both, but finding someone is the hurdle. Everyone is at capacity

@racheladawson I was so uncomfortable with the idea of it, but once I understood it, I came to see it as an incredible therapeutic tool. There’s something special about the process in a group that can’t be found in individual therapy. It starts awkward, but grows into something really beautiful

There are funny moments, but when his dad started reading Psalms, I cried. Many of us have felt betrayed by the church leaders we saw growing up. Hearing his dad read scripture was surprisingly nostalgic, and a comforting reminder that people may change, but God remains good.
