@AmazonHelp I was told I could send it out "to be fixed" and be without the device for however long OR pay for a replacement device. In any case, this is bad service and I'm very disappointed in how it was handled.

Disgusted by Amazon. Second time in two months my Fire TV won't work. I replaced it once and y'all want me to do it again. @AmazonHelp I expected better treatment as a customer who spends so much money with your company. But I know it's a drop in the bucket and you don't care.

@AmazonHelp Right. I could pay for (yet another) FireTV to be sent to me. Why would I, when the last two stopped working & no one could help me? I pay prime membership, video, music, etc. and I JUST bought a replacement FireTV a month ago. Amazon should replace for free IMO.

@AmazonHelp your very nice customer service rep was only able to offer me a replacement at my own cost. or I could (at my own cost of time/money) send my device to be serviced. This is crazy considering I JUST went through this a month ago and DID replace the device at my own cost.

@OptimumHelp No ETA on restoration after 36 hours? Tried numerous times to get through to customer service. Nothing on website. Chat ends in a void. Can't get through on phone. Pay WAY too much $ for this. @verizonfios you'll be getting lots of business in our area!
