I am posting to express my deep concern over the unjustified delay in processing the Aadhaar enrollment for my 3-year-old son. Despite multiple emails and escalations, there has been no resolution for Enrolment Number: 0013/03021/08862.
The enrollment slip states that Aadhaar processing for children aged 0-18 should be completed within 30 days, yet it has been nearly 75 days with no progress.
I have contacted the UIDAI office several times and sent numerous emails explaining that my son's Aadhaar is mandatory for his school admission, with deadlines approaching. Without it, his admission might be delayed by an entire academic year, causing significant stress and frustration.
It's disappointing that despite repeated attempts, there has been no proper response or resolution. The UIDAI office seems insensitive to citizens' hardships. I reached the Aadhaar customer care number, which provided the Delhi regional office number 011-40851426, which is always busy, suggesting intentional engagement.
I also raised my concern on the PG portal (CP Grams), but they closed my ticket after forwarding it to UIDAI, assuming this was resolution enough.
There's no action against the insensitivity of government officers, and the remedies provided by the government seem effective only on paper, not in practice.
