Sure that’s great and all but $400 is ridiculous for delivery and set up fees when your product is worse to sleep on than a $20 camping air mattress I bought at Walmart. Your rep should have been very clear it would cost us $400 total if we return!

I am angry and so disappointed in @sleepnumber we bought their mattress over $1200 and it’s a piece of crap! It cost us $200 for delivery and the want another $200 to pick it up if we return it & cannot return ourselves they have to pick it up! Was NOT Told this at the store!
