@AirIndiaX Please help to escalate refund of my payment made on 23 April, deducted without ticket issuance. ICICI has not received the payment from AIX. Request you to please take a closer look into this matter on an urgent basis and refund the amount. Can DM my details.

@AirIndiaX I don’t have a PNR and now have to wait 7 days for receiving my money back as replied by your earlier. My point is why Air India Express is not having a toll free number for overseas customers? I would like to officially complain on this front and seek your support

@AirIndiaX Thanks, but how can you expect me to make overseas call? It costs a bomb to get connected and speak for 15-20 minutes on an average to sort the issue. Why can’t you host a toll free number for overseas customers?
