@RoyalMail It's OK. The sender used an automated system that didn't understand the message sent by the tracking system. The problem was just a routing one. The item has arrived today.

@RoyalMail I have had an email from the seller saying that the item failed to be delivered due to insufficient address/wrong address or that the recipient cannot be contacted.  Your tracker help is worse than useless and is showing it as still being at Bristol MC
