"FPRJC just wrapped a 2-day Strategic Communication for Resource Mobilization training with @MildredNgesa.
We explored how feminist storytelling can move beyond reports to drive advocacy, visibility & fundraising. From impact stories on SRHR, climate action & leadership, to donor briefs & digital content—we focused on narratives that center dignity & lived experience.
Grateful to @RFSU for the support, mentorship & practical tools to amplify grassroots voices with confidence.

Under our Women’s Leadership & Governance pillar, FPRJC held a 3-day Feminist Action for Community-Led Governance training.
Grassroots women & young feminists came together to build feminist leadership, deepen civic education, and strengthen accountability in decision-making spaces.
Grateful to facilitator Saida Aaliyah for guiding with passion & care, and to @EUinKenya, @FemnetSecretariat, @SDGsKenyaForum & WECF International for supporting grassroots feminist leadership.

Doctor and Wakili Stellah Bosire Thank you for the contunous support towards ending period poverty in Kibera since 2022.
Thanks for loving us.

Combatting period poverty is essential to equality, dignity & ending stigma. Menstrual products must be accessible and affordable for everyone who menstruates, regardless of gender identity. Menstruation isn’t limited to one identity, yet policy, products & language often exclude trans, non-binary & intersex people.
It’s time to challenge norms, evolve language, and ensure menstrual health conversations include all. Dignity, visibility & access for everyone.

@MSEA_Kenya What criteria were used for the NYOTA grant selection? I received an unclear message earlier, and a few hours later I was told it was a mistake. That explanation doesn’t seem realistic and professional.
We marked a powerful step forward in the fight against GBV in Kibera by convening a crucial meeting between Human rights defenders, police officers and the local administration to strengthen the working relationship in ending GBV.
