I had a piece of art framed at a framing shop in Leesburg. I’ve used this shop over the years & they have always done a great job UNTIL NOW. Artwork is framed crooked. Owners not fixing. Want to charge to redo their mistake.Unprofessional

I took @KLM flight from @IAD September 11th checking
2 bags straight to Florence Italy. Bags didn’t make it. They never left @IAD delaying my trip and missing prepaid itinerary. @KLM, @IAD @CapitalOne aren’t honoring their policies.
