@PassportCan I have to drive an hour at 2am to line up despite transferring my passport and applying 3 months ago. I have no idea where my passport application is, I don't even have the documents I was promised were going to be sent back to me. I fly Saturday. This is chaos.

@karinagould I sent my newborn's and 7 year old's application March and tomorrow I have to line up at 3am despite requesting transfers numerous times. This trip is to reunite my family from the UK after being separated since 2020. Canada passport services needs to do better.
