@OfficeShoes Ordered Uggs in November which never arrived. Office refusing a refund as it’s wasn’t questioned in the first 10 days of the order. Office are clearly breaching their contract of sale as I have never received the goods ordered. Their customer service is appalling.

@easyJet Wouldn’t rely on easyJet for a long weekend when they cancel your flight home and can’t offer any alternative. Suddenly your holiday becomes a lot longer and a lot more expensive.

@easyJet I have not managed to transfer my flight. There were no UK flights available today through the the disruption tab on your app. The next flight available to Scotland is to Glasgow on Thursday night. We both have work and between my friend and I, 5 children we need to get home to.

@easyJet disgraceful customer service. EasyJet have cancelled our flight and now stranded in Malaga. No easyJet personnel to be seen in the airport.

@sweatybetty order I placed on 22/04/20 has still not arrived. I have emailed customer care on two occasions and still not had a reply. I shop regularly in the sweaty betty shop & online and this has really put me off further shopping. Really poor customer service.
