1. Israel is now starving the Palestinians in Gaza to kill them. Most of those who have died or are dying are children and women.

2. Their sufferings are pitiful. There is only skin and bones. The fat and muscles are gone. Even the bones are thin and brittle and cannot possibly support the body.

3. The world watches this. The world can do nothing. This is because of fear of American reaction. America seems ready to punish any country which tries to help the dying Palestinians. America support the Israeli starvation to kill strategy.

4. The only country which can intervene is also the United States of America. But it is clear that America will not intervene. In fact its intervention is in favour of Israel.

5. What kind of people are the Americans. They talk so much about human rights, about the sanctity of human life. But they approve genocide by bombs and rockets. And now the genocide by starvation. Obviously they, the Americans, are hypocrites. They are in fact savages with no sense of pity at all.

6. Women are also their targets. Pregnant women are attacked, wounded and killed. The babies died if at all they are born.

7. Israel claims that it is fighting Hamas. But it is obvious that they want to kill all the Palestinians in Gaza in order to seize the land. They will not stop until they have killed all the Palestinians.

8. The world must defy America and Israel. Their siege must be broken even if it requires violence. The world cannot allow such bestiality, such horrid savagery to go on unchecked.

9. We need a Peace Keeping Force to protect the Palestinians in Gaza from the inhuman actions of the Israelis and America. The monsters must be stopped.

1. Speak With Calm, Clarity & Confidence:
Speak less, mean more. Don’t talk to be heard ,speak to add value.

Don’t ask others to do what you won’t. Lead with your actions, not your mouth.

Recently, I came across a beautiful quote. To understand it further, I dug deeper. The deeper philosophical meaning is just amazing

The point of fishing is fishing itself. Even if you don’t catch a fish, the fishing was still worth it.

The purpose of doing something isn’t necessarily the result (catching fish), but the act itself (being present in the moment, immersed in the flow while fishing).

You cast the line. You sit in silence. You watch the water.
You’re present. Peaceful.
That’s the real catch not the fish, but the stillness, the time with yourself, the patience you develop.

Furthermore, Most of us live in “I’ll be happy when…” mode:
• When I get the job
• When I finish the race
• When I earn the degree
But in reality:
- The job hunting lasts years ; the offer letter is one day.
- The marathon takes months to train for ; the finish line is 5 seconds.
- The degree is a paper; the learning was the real transformation.

The outcome can be taken from you (a medal, a promotion, applause).
But the growth stays with you forever.

You still win , because:
• You slowed down. You learned presence. You didn’t need a result to feel alive.
