PERSIAN phase II (NCT05717660) in oligometastatic #mHSPC: #apalutamide+ADT ± #SBRT.

6-mo PSA outcomes were excellent in both arms:
CBR (PSA <0.2): 93.2% vs 96.5% (NS).

<3 mets predicted higher CBR.

Awaiting PFS/OS data. #ESTRO2026
