@AnthonyHolm@leachfortexas@ShelbySlawson@TXGOPCaucus@POTUS@TexasGOP You must be getting older and forgot. I was pretty active in the Travis County Republican Party. Many witnesses. Which probably explains getting pummeled. In this case Anthony’s complete lies, make the best lies.
Laying a real broadcaster to rest today @ChadHastyRadio. I believe the @TexasGOP and nationally are faltering due in no small part to the death of Rush Limbaugh @OfficialRushUSA. More than radio. We miss the steady and entertaining voice of reason in a world of cliche commentary.
💪🇺🇸 fired up about this! Thank you, @SecRollins and @SecKennedy for providing bold leadership for America’s cotton producers and industry. The fabric of our lives and the fabric of our Nation!

ICYMI: @GregAbbott_TX says @bofrench would “wreck” Texas oil and gas if elected to the Railroad Commission.
Abbott on Tuesday slammed GOP Railroad Commission candidate Bo French, saying he “doesn’t know anything about oil and gas.” He cast the race for the often-overlooked statewide office as existential for the state economy, especially amid soaring gas prices during the ongoing war with Iran. The commission oversees the oil and gas industry.
“Bo French’s agenda would wreck the miracle that we have in producing more oil and gas than ever before — by the way, more oil and gas than what Iran produces,” Abbott said.
At a campaign stop, Abbott told a crowd of Republicans, “We need @JimWright4Texas to be reelected to continue to lead that way.”
Governor @GregAbbott_TX announced that @FEMA has approved his request for a Fire Management Assistance Grant for the Hunggate Fire in Randall County.
The grant will ensure first responders have the resources necessary to suppress the fire.
I am proud to endorse @JimWright4Texas for reelection to the Texas Railroad Commission.
Commissioner Wright has helped keep Texas at the forefront of American energy. His leadership has strengthened the industry that powers our economy—supporting well-paying jobs, advancing our nation’s energy independence, and ensuring Texas stays the best state in America to do business.
Jim Wright has delivered for Texas, and he’s the conservative voice of experience and integrity we need on the RRC.
I love it when they eat their own.
What? You’re surprised the guy who pulled a gun on his own family isn’t living up to your standards? What a joke.
Abraham George knew, or should have known, the SREC has as much say over Texas election law as the local rotary club. He only used it as a way to rile up his low-IQ base with a feeling of importance they’ve never experienced in life up to that point.
But don’t get it twisted. The White House didn’t step in to save me. They stepped in to save George, et al. I would have bankrupted the corrupt Denton County Chair, State Chair George, and others who hoped to subvert the constitution and laws of this state. Trust me, I wanted that fight. And George knew it.
But keep whining from the sandbox.
The truth is, the state party chair hasn’t mattered in years. And he or she won’t matter until folks tune out the rage machine and elect someone who - now get this - WASN’T JUST REJECTED BY REPUBLICAN PRIMARY VOTERS. What a concept.
And while I’m giving suggestions, how about we run background checks and force folks like Horton and Bentley (and others) to resign due to criminal history? Folks like them, who are otherwise unemployable, are supposed to be “leaders” I should care about?
While the Democrats have recruited opponents for every Republican legislator, are fundraising at a record pace, and are focused on November, you’re twisting off on something that no one cares about and doesn’t matter to the people of Texas.
Do you feel relevant yet?
I’ll be hosting the mighty @ChadHastyRadio show tonight from 5-7pm @KFYO We’ll get back to the news of the day as Chad would have liked.
Discussion topics of low municipal voter turnout and repercussions for the runoff’s. And the precarious position of the GOP going into Nov.
