Anyone who’s booked a @haven holiday explain how the swimming works 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️ there’s 6 (3A & 3C) of us staying for 3 nights we wanted to book swimming each day (Saturday, Sunday & Monday) I can book 6 on Saturday and Sunday but only 2 on Monday… am I missing something here 🤣

@bookingcom @greeneking I don’t know why you can’t communicate with each other or me even. I have a complaint on going since March and still getting ‘they haven’t responded’ even though an email was sent on the day of our arrival at the hotel to confirm a refund should be issued.

@easyJet how are you declining a 6 hr flight compensation claim with bullshit excuses. You informed us before we even got to the airport that the issue was a fault with the plane NOT air traffic control The 8:15 flight to Newcastle took off on time while we still sat and waited

@Cazireland @easyJet It’s shocking isn’t it! We were flying Bristol to Newcastle 4pm flight ended up in the airport till 10pm!! While the 8:15pm flight took off on time! Shocking, 3 kids with us and a lousy £3 voucher at 6pm!!

@Murr8285 @easyJet I wouldn’t bother, they’ve refused compensation for a 6 hour delay from Bristol to Newcastle on Thursday due to ‘air traffic control’ even though there was a fault with the plane and THEY sent the plane to France 🙃

@DwrCymru I appreciate it’s Christmas but 27 hours I have been waiting for someone to come out. I have sewerage flowing into my garden since 11am yesterday morning. There is a 4 year old in the house and it’s been raining all morning. My whole property is now covered!! 🤢
