@O2 @O2 to be fair have just been on chat and they have rectified this situation brilliantly. I never grumble if when a mistake is made it is rectified well. #greatcustomerservice

@O2 devestated in Malaysia and phone doesn’t work! I purposefully asked before going and was assured in more than one message that it did work. Now being told it doesn’t. I could have got another provider before I left but now left not being about to keep in touch with family!

@O2 No it is simply because I don’t have the ultimate bolt on even though before I left I checked to see if it would work and was assured yes I had the plan and would work fine.
