@Gatwick_Airport @TUIUK we have just arrived at lanzarote from gatwick and none of our luggage has arrived. Tui checked us in at gatwick north terminal instead of south and assured us our luggage would still arrive safely but it hasn’t and now our holiday is ruined already 😭
