Blast from the past.
Scrolling through some old posts on another platform I came across this shirt I totally forgot about. I remember it was December 1st, 2017 and @SBakerMD has just announced the very first World Carnivore Month.
To my knowledge this was the first ever WCM t shirt.
In retrospect it’s a bit ugly😂but I created it and posted it live within an hour of Dr. Baker’s announcement. I guess it’s a retro item now, a classic😅
Time sure flies.
Did any of you buy it or remember it?

The only testosterone booster that works is a healthy lifestyle.
Sun, exercise, adequate calories, sleep, stress management.
If those don't work, see a doctor.
Supplements that claim to boost test do so at too small a percentage to matter.
Save your money.
@Mark_Sisson@robbwolf RIP
I think about and revisit his writings and podcast interviews on a regular basis. I read his evolutionary fitness piece from back in 2000 almost every year as I’ll do again now.
What a great man who just played it straight.
Welcome to the 9th annual World Carnivore Month!! (A month where you only consume animal products- meat, fish, eggs, dairy)
How many have you done so far?
What have been the results ?

@Ltc_Steven_Mur Noticed on your podcast you said you can’t lose that extra weight.
How is your light hygiene? I mean how much blue light are you bathing in daily, especially after sunset?
I’d start there.
That "healthy" yogurt in your fridge is probably doing more harm than good.
Some commercial yogurts contain up to 26 grams of sugar per serving, as much as many candy bars.
But the real issue goes deeper than sugar.
They use common probiotic strains you already have and are easy to manufacture. Then load in additives and preservatives.
Another problem is that most of them are low in fat. The absence of fat spikes insulin levels faster.
So, what does this mean for your body?
Excess sugar feeds bad bacteria in your gut, creating the opposite effect you want.
You're triggering inflammation, spiking blood sugar, and disrupting the beneficial bacteria you need for immunity, digestion, and mood.
Not only are some commercial yogurts failing to help you, but they're also not addressing a deeper problem.
Your gut is missing the keystone bacteria that would normally protect you from harmful invaders in the first place.
William Davis, MD, warns that antibiotics and junk food wipe out keystone microbes that may never return.
Today, people are extremely low in an important microbe called Lactobacillus reuteri. It helps control harmful microbes, supports the gut lining and immunity, and influences hormones.
Without this microbe, your gut is missing a key defender. No matter how many store-bought yogurts you eat, you won't restore what was lost.
Studies suggest that restoring L. reuteri can smooth skin, restore muscle, deepen sleep, and reduce appetite.
It produces reuterin, which can kill harmful pathogens while preserving good bacteria.
Dr. Davis suggests that the best way to restore what was lost is to make your own L. reuteri yogurt:
Here are the ingredients:
- 1 quart organic half-and-half
- 1 capsule of L. reuteri
- 1-2 tbsp inulin prebiotic fiber
For the exact step-by-step process on how to make your own probiotic yogurt at home, retweet this post and comment the word "YOGURT" and I'll send it to you.
