@ZaphodPsi I’ve seen pictures of him in the 1970s at about 14 or 15 with long hair. He told me that he used to go out delivering “women’s lib” leaflets and everyone thought he was a girl.

Today is the second anniversary of Alistair’s death. We are always thinking of him, we smile remembering his jokes or crazy schemes, occasionally feel a sharp stab of regret that he didn’t accomplish all his dreams. We’d love to hear your memories of him. Love the family

In 1990 Alistair was arrested on the Anti Poll Tax Demonstration in Trafalgar Square. It was an event that changed his life. Today, The Times newspaper picks up on the story in their ‘Readers’Lives’ section. Ps. We didn’t have to pay as they instigated and wrote the obituary.

I was recently blocked by a fellow socialist, for asking something (I thought perfectly reasonable) about the 'transgender vs women's right debate.
