@firstworcesters Do you respond to messages or not any more? Bus didn’t show up again this morning so I had to get an Uber to the station so I could get to work on time. Why doesn’t the ‘live information’ update if there is no bus coming? Just shows time it should come.

@firstworcesters Bus was early this morning so I missed it. Next one was 10 mins late so now I have missed my train. Thanks a lot. It’s not an improvement’ if buses are now less frequent.

Also the buses are every 20 mins not every 12 mins. I walked to stop I can usually catch 31 or 44 and there weren’t any of those either. The bus I used to get was full so maybe you should rethink.

@firstworcesters these ‘improvements’ you have made to the #30 timetable…. are they in the room with us now? Because as far as I can see if just have to leave the house 15 mins earlier if I want to catch my train. I missed the ‘improved’ bus so had to walk with 3 bags. Thanks 🙄

@skytv Hi when are you going to come and finish our installation? Two engineer visits cancelled without apology, explanation or even notice for made up reasons (we DO NOT have a care alarm as previously advised) and now our WiFi constantly cuts out so we can’t watch apps.
