This experience with #airbnb support to defend our right to leave a review has been so bad so far it has me really thinking about the moral role of powerful tech platforms and how much oversight they need.

My review for a poor Airbnb experience has been removed because of "internal policies and more we cannot divulge" (quote from customer services). This was after I was accused of breaking GDPR without including any personal data! @AirbnbHelp does this sound right?
