@BTP please confirm if true. If you’re a victim of crime on the London Underground BTP will only investigate if you provide the number on the front of the train & carriage number?? This is what my daughter has been told by BTP. How would she/anyone know the train/carriage no???

@BTPCasey @BTP 4 weeks since the crime & incident been reopened but still no contact to my daughter. As a young person, first to be a victim of crime on the tube, then for the @BTP & @metpoliceuk to not investigate it is very upsetting & concerning. Hoping an officer will make contact.
