@HeathrowAirport efficient security experience this morning. It would have been even better with signs and staff explaining what to expect 😀. One member of staff would benefit from better customer service training.
@British_Airways frustrating experience checking in at LHR T5. Many self-service baggage kiosks kept going unserviceable. I swapped three queues. It's a lot slower than having counter staff do it.
@Tikamoon_UK bolts were missing from my order so I cannot assemble my table. Customer Services is saying 7-10 days delivery 🤔 from France!!! While my table lies on the floor.
