The senior management need to take a real long look at the number of similar complaints being raised and do something. YOU ARE IMPACTING PEOPLES HEALTH!!

@TWimpeySupport Sorry, I know thia isn't your fault but this is laughable. The majority of complaints on Twitter that you respond to are about regional teams, and your constant answer is "speak to the regional team". Hopefully you can see how that doesn't help really??
@TWimpeySupport Hi, thanks for the offer but I've already chased it up. If you could start feeding back all the poor service complaints on here to someone senior that might stop it happening.

@ManthorpeBP Manthorpe might be OK but not the way it was installed by @TaylorWimpeyplc on our house. Won't guarantee them not coming off in any sort of winds!
@simpsonatorUK @TaylorWimpey Hi, which ombudsman? The New Homes one isn't live yet is it? We keep getting passed to NHBC but they can't raise service related issues.
@Dazzlalfc81 @TWimpeySupport 14 days was the quoted response time for emails for us due to the impact of the pandemic!! Wake up @TaylorWimpey that excuse is long gone. I've had complaints in that only get partly answered, even when there is a response.
@thomaslavin@TaylorWimpey Almost the same position. 10 months promising to fix dry verges that as we had ones come off that were fitted incorrectly, and now they're refusing to do it. And also refusing to meet with me to discuss. Shocking!!
