Attached are a couple clips from 2 different conversations w. @AustinFrerick, author of the must read book "Barons: Money, Power, and the Corruption of America's Food Industry".

In these clips, Frerick discusses @USDA's @SecVilsack including Vilsack's duplicity and misguided print and spend strategy for the meat packing industry. Frerick also discusses Trump's sales pitch as well as make further comments about Vilsack's lack of vision.

I largely agree with Frerick's assessments.
