@LOFT placed online order and immediately saw it shipped to old address. chat - no response in 1.5 hrs, texted - no response, called and told items shipped but that was 4 mins after order placed, asked to cancel order -system down, supervisor not available. Back on hold = 2 hrs
@insideFPL Patience is gone. Power has been restored to the entire neighborhood except for 8 houses. Can’t get a live human to talk to. Thornbury Drive in Parrish FL. Clear you have moved on to other areas without finishing our neighborhood
@VenerableHomo Same experience. Causation was mechanical issues for the plan at the gate we were coming in to. Missed connection and ZERO support, hotel coverage, or compensation. Awful experience and horrible customer service
@ehutchins16@AmericanAir Encountered that in 3/6. Customer service at CLT were rude, flippant, laughed at exhausted CUSTOMERS, and the supposed manager was just as bad. Do better AA!
