For everything you’re saying NO to, you’re simultaneously saying YES to something else.

Debunking the magic behind Intermittent Fasting: It's not the fasting itself that leads to weight loss, but the calorie deficit it helps create. Remember, the best diet is one that fits your lifestyle and that you can sustain in the long term. #IntermittentFasting#NutritionTips
The real secret to willpower? It’s crafting an environment that makes the choices that align with your goals feel effortless. Your environment is your superpower.
Thoughts while I workout:
Your time is valuable. If you are putting the effort in to get to the gym or workout at home… you owe it to yourself to maximize your time by performing your exercises properly.
If you aren’t sure … ASK! (Or hire a great coach 😏)
You know you’ve “made it” in your fitness journey when you get to the point in which you workout and eat well because you like how it makes you feel. Rather than doing it for your ego or validation from others.
You will NEVER keep the weight off…
If you are more interested in getting to “X”lbs, but not learning how to BECOME someone who weighs “X”lbs
What’s your plan when you get there? Cause you can’t diet forever!
Your real problem ISN’T that you keep screwing up your diet or missing workouts..
It’s that you’re letting these screw ups DEFINE you instead of using them as an opportunity to learn.
Failure is part of the journey and is your pathway to success.
Many of my coaching clients upon starting say they don’t have time to plan their meals, increase steps and exercise regularly.
Then message me months later amazed at how much time & mental energy they’ve saved from prioritizing their own health and wellness.
Prioritizing your nutrition and getting in regular exercise aren’t things that are TAKING AWAY from your best life…
They’re allowing you to LIVE your best life, practice self care and show up as the best version of you.
You know what’s worse for you than eating fries or donuts?
Your negative relationship with food that leaves you feeling guilty for eating them.
Overall diet > Single food
Thinking of blowing off your fitness goals this weekend?
The taste of “I DID it” is much sweeter than the taste of “Ah FU$K it!
Do something today your future self will thank you for 🙏
You know what’s un-healthier than eating a donut?
Shaming yourself, over-exercising, and restricting your food intake because you ate a donut.
Your relationship with food makes up part of your health too.
Healthy eating habits & regular exercise aren’t taking away from your life, they’re allowing you to live life feeling your BEST.
You have ONE life, don’t waste it telling yourself you’re “living life” when you’re actually feeling like SH$T doing so.
Them: Tracking my food intake is SO time consuming & tedious
Me: So is spending 10 years of your life making uninformed food choices, yo-yo dieting, and wishing you had the “willpower” to do something.
