@NurseStandard But yet again nurses that don’t work in trusts won’t see any of it … such as GP practice nurses , social enterprises ( providing 24hr care) and hospice nurses to name but a few . No pay rise again for them / us guaranteed at all but yet I am a member of the RCN !
