@OptimumHelp I did this already no luck, they kept moving to next person and many times they hang up on me, I spent over 30 minutes on the chat with one rep and after all the explanations I did, he end up telling me he is not the right department,!! Really!!
@OptimumHelp I been optimum business customer for over 20, last 20 days where my biggest nightmare dealing with business takeover lines, I have been in emails and on the phone all past 20 days and no one to seem understand anything and every time I call I
Self, now I am dealing with Alticeusa and it got worse, I need help, I need to deal with someone who has experience, I would like to mention my account balance was over $250 in credit to me since I was over paying my bill through Bill pay, and now this mess
Low experience and mishandling if this transaction, I have no choice now but to cancel the service and let the new company get service somewhere else, no one reply back to email, everyone I spoke to for some reason afraid to send me email identifying them
Had to start from scratch, I didn't want to cancel my service instead I decided to keep everything with optimum for the new business who toke over mine, the company already moved in and the phone service still in my name, I am really frustrated with level of
This experience has been disappointing. Given what I now know about the service handling, especially for items still under warranty, I unfortunately no longer want to buy this brand.
@RYOBItoolsusa I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. From the start, the battery lasted no more than 10 minutes on a full charge. Now, a year later, both batteries are dead. Although they fully charge, one lasts only 30 seconds and the other just 5 minutes.
I've spent around $2,000 on Ryobi products, using them as backup tools. If I were to use them more frequently, I fear I'd encounter even more issues. I am not willing to drive an hour to deliver defective parts and then wait two weeks for service.
