@IAPonomarenko Took me a while to understand why Russia pivoted towards killing civilians. They know they can't keep up the war for too long, so the only benefit they can get from this misadventure is to show other bordering states (KZ,GE,etc) that there is a heavy price to disobeying Moscow.
