This was yet another election where the polling showed it could easily go either way, but most of the charts just showed two nice clean lines, one leading and one trailing. Bad!

Seeing this chart floating around a lot.

But it’s misleading.

It only includes current MPs but the graph goes back to the start of the last Parliament.

The data and graph doesn’t include the 335 MPs from the 2019-24 parliament who lost their seat in the GE.
