You have repeated the same scripted message despite the facts:
• The order was over 2 hours late
• The food arrived cold and inedible
• I was explicitly promised a FULL refund by Uber Eats support

Uber Eats promised me a FULL refund for a £76 order that arrived over 2 hours late and stone cold. Instead, chats were closed, I was blocked from support, and offered £11.45 as. “good will gesture”. Customers are being silenced. This needs escalating. @ubereats_uk @Uber_Support
