How can video games prepare people for the looming Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake? Research team at Lewis & Clark College.

@Weinbergrrrrr What level were you on? Was the sink pink when you tried to drink from it?

Like we said on KOIN this morning, a Cascadia earthquake could happen at ANY TIME. We sure hope it doesn't happen today! But if it does, remember to drop, cover, and hold on.

Good morning #Oregon. Here's some more info about today's M4.4 #earthquake that occurred ~17 mi (27 km) east of Lebanon. If you felt it, or were in NW Oregon and didn't feel it, be sure to fill out a #DidYouFeelIt report here: https://t.co/B0hfUDYGcu

Getting drinkable water after a giant #earthquake is one of the problems you need to solve to survive in Cascadia 9.0 game https://t.co/j68Iya2EAf. There are three ways to get water and three ways to purify it in the game. Did you find 'em all?

@waEMD @lewisandclark Homage to Oregon Trail!

[cascadia9game @cascadia9game]

@waEMD @celestelabedz @lewisandclark Death is probably an exaggerated consequence of aftershocks or flapping doors....But those are real dangers, which we want the game to show

[cascadia9game @cascadia9game]

@RRalstonAgile @waEMD @PNSN1 @lewisandclark We're working toward that for one of our future games. Thanks for playing!
