no easy way to say this but
some important news
due to the current market conditions, after two intense, painful and extremely fun years of building perps onchain, and Solana’s infrastructure
our team have decided it's time for a change
effective immediately, we’re excited to remind you that our $FAF holders receive 50% of FlashTrade protocol revenue
If you don't own $HYPE one trick to avoid suicidal thoughts is to just mute the token and never look at the price and just pretend it doesn't even exist
CFTC approves perps and HYPE moons which proves that crypto traders have absolutely no concept of second-order effects. If anything Hyperliquid will lose it's regulatory arbitrage advantage to licensed players like Coinbase and others which offer a secure controlled environment.
Wherefore the Supreme Court of this Dominion hath declined to hear the Wolastoqey cause, the judgment of the Court of Appeal in New Brunswick prevaileth. No declaration of Aboriginal title may burden private lands held by fee simple; such titles are indefeasible and supreme. The injured party, if any, must seek solace in recompense from the Crown. O cruel rejection! As one whose heart was rent asunder by a faithless paramour, I find bitter comfort in the law's fidelity to property's ancient dominion, which no new suit of passion can dislodge.
@perreaux I do estate planning and this overwhelmingly true
Almost everyone is interested in MAID and positive about it
Almost nobody is vehemently against it
@ScoringChanges His jump was 4 ft worse than average, and his top speed was also slow, and he hesitated. He made like, three separate mistakes or poor reactions on that play.
@JAnstey04@ScoringChanges Not sure if a rule change is necessary. I mean xERA already exists, which ignores errors and uses batted ball characteristics. If what we care about is what awards voters care about, the answer is more political (getting people to stop caring about ERA).
There are so many parallel universes in crypto. The mind boggles. There are many people who have been all-in Cardano for years and still say they are "insanely bullish" on it. How?
a couple of people from the cardano community reached out asking why i haven’t commented on the recent governance dispute involving charles
the answer is simple
cardano’s decentralized governance exists so everyone has the opportunity to have their say
regardless of who they are, the size of their platform, or their reach
it also means everyone has the right not to participate if they choose not to
the discussions over the last week have been productive, necessary, and ultimately healthy for the continued development of the ecosystem
and through all of it, i remain insanely bullish on cardano
its future, its governance, and the strength of this community
i’m also bullish on charles hoskinson, his leadership, and his continued innovation
that is all
(and no i wasn't paid to say this, i have been a part of this community for 5 years)
@Damon98_ He's the weirdest hitter in a bad way. It's like his happy zone is in the dirt. Don't think I have ever seen someone with a blind spot down the middle (doesn't swing) and a dead red swing % in the dirt. He is like an amateur golfer trying to play pro baseball.
So it looks bad now but it gets better. Just tell yourself that like every gay kid in high school does. It gets better bro. You aren't holding a dino coin. Surely not. You're holding one of the chosen ones.
Sentiment appears to be in the sewer.
BTC lost the narrative and is poisoned by Saylor, ETH is dead, SOL is stale and cringe, etc.
So... bottom must be close?
