@profchrisham The problem with integration still seems to be separate accountabilities and budgets plus distinctly differing ideologies at the ground level - the Boards are a good start - but need follow through.
@Mike_Padgham Absolutely we are ready - as a specialist live - in care company we have developed a model of a virtual care home - it needs high level management ( properly paid) and a team of supervisors to make it work …
@PeterStefanovi2 I absolutely agree 90percentnif my staff are eastern European - they work had to fund their families’ education, pay full U.K. taxes and have strong family values - https://t.co/m6p7CxOmg0
@RoyLilley I spent a whole careee in n w Surrey trying to integrate health and social care locally - in the end gave up and started my own private care business which crosses the divide - it’s going rather well I’m pleased to say -www.arbourcare.co.uk
@SummerCBreeze1@MirrorRoyal No - never walk in front of someone who could fall - walk beside them - agreed it was appalling that at 78 ( and obvs not best of health ) she had to navigate those steps in the wind and heals
@RadarLanark Please Alistair let me know if you prefer Ann to stay at home- we offer high level properly supervised live- in care which has been shown to be a safe alternative to residential care. Happy to talk - no sakes pressure. https://t.co/VATQ5Utj5l.U.K.
@isaguor Meghan came across as beautiful and talented ( Harry less so) - but such appalling manners - who would consciously mock another person’s culture and be bare foot and scruffy when welcoming someone new into their home?- no Brit nor American that I know would do that.
