As much as I love Grant Morrison’s #Batman, I find it beyond odd that they never wrote a proper introduction for Dick and Damian.

As far as I can tell, Nicieza and Kramer’s NIGHTWING #138 (during THE RESURRECTION OF RA’S AL GHUL) features their first meeting.

#DisclosureDay has hands down the best performance I’ve seen from Emily Blunt. She moved me to tears more than once.

Sound design, cinematography and Williams’ score are impeccable. Colman Domingo gets a show-stopper.

#DisclosureDay is another Spielberg magic trick. Starts as a conspiracy thriller from one of the best filmmakers at conveying information visually. Ends as something profoundly emotional.

I think Filoni's animated work is incredible, but there's a trend of that storytelling failing to connect with broader audiences in live action. Even recently, MAUL: SHADOW LORD was much more acclaimed than MANDALORIAN & GROGU. Gen Z/Gen Alpha didn't turn up for Zeb and Rotta.

Important to note: Though MANDALORIAN & GROGU was in motion long before Dave Filoni took over at Lucasfilm, it's the first movie to release with him as CCO.

It's also a movie that he wrote and produced, bringing characters he created to live action. His voice is all over it.

MANDALORIAN & GROGU represents Filoni-era STAR WARS in many ways, and it's simply not performing at the box office. Younger audiences are turning out for original horror, not a movie deferential to STAR WARS TV.

Lex Luthor’s warsuit was first introduced in 1983’s ACTION COMICS #544 by Cary Bates and Curt Swan. It’s been a huge part of SUPERMAN comics ever since, but I believe this will be its first theatrical appearance.

This is the huge difference between BACKROOMS and OBSESSION, to me.

Both Curry and Kane have YouTube roots, but I think OBSESSION was more a word-of-mouth success (and has less to do with THAT’S A BAD IDEA), whereas I have a ton of friends seeing BACKROOMS bc they know the “IP”

I said in my recap from CinemaCon that I was astounded by Spielberg's claim that none of what we saw would be from the third act. Interesting to hear that that just isn't true. The movie still looks plenty surprising, even if we've seen an alien

One note - Spielberg said at CinemaCon that none of the marketing has shown the third act.

That is not true.

Not only did previous marketing show 3rd act stuff, but the new stuff shows even more.

Not even the GOAT is immune to the pressures of marketing.

With the final issue out today, @DenizCamp’s ULTIMATES deserves to go down as one of the greatest 24-issue stretches we’ve ever seen at the Big 2. Always one of the most urgent & intelligent books on the shelf

The film follows Chris Hansen as he runs ‘How To Catch A Predator’ where he confronts adult men who think they are meeting minors to have sex.

I forgot how strong Grant Morrison’s BATMAN starts off.

The staging of the fight between the Dark Knight and an army of Man-Bats at a comic art gallery in BATMAN #656 is brilliant. Incredible composition all around.
