@NYCTSubway it feels like you’ve slowed Q trains down along with downgrading the cars. What’s actually going on? These trains are awful and I can’t tell the B and Q apart since half of them don’t have working signs on the outside or inside of the cars.

@NYCTSubway I’m sorry but your information sharing this morning was atrocious. An agent at Cortelyou sent us all to newkirk and we got there to find out there was no service at all. I had to walk back to Cortelyou to get an express bus. 45 minutes for me to leave home and get ON a bus.
