@easyJet Absolutely pathetic, easy Jet (mshould be called Difficult Jet , they have a glitch in their tech but customer services are completely uninterested. Trying to buy overpriced seats and luggage and they still won’t help , and was told we can do it at the airport port

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@easyJet @madasabox61 Why can we still not check in online , and why on earth does easy jet not care , we have tried everything , your system has a glitch and you care not one jot , very strange

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@easyJet customer service is so bad they are starting to make Ryanair look good 😂. Can’t access booking to check in 20 passengers and now making silly excuses

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@easyJet Yes

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@easyJet why can I not manage my bookings ( 3 of them ) online when we are constantly told easy jet is a digital airline , this is the 2 year this has happened, then when you have an issue , you attempt to contact CS but you can’t , you have to text 😬😬😬

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@SimonCalder if I miss my flight due to delays at border control and I have arrived at the airport 2 hours before my flight what can I do ? And who picks up the cost ?

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@DavidLammy Only one protest yesterday ? No mention of the other one ? But they do reflect how much of the country feels , with this invasion of Britain 🇬🇧 even after recent elections you still don’t get it . And now another 5 million by election to get Burnham to lead the party

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@easyJet why is it so hard to contact easy jet , all I want to do is change 1 name on a group booking but cannot do it on line as I get a error message , I have emailed , called and tried chat but no joy , so frustrating

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@Keir_Starmer I live in Essex I work when I have it in London and I feel like a stranger in a foreign land , you need to stop the boats and the businesses that are employing the boat people illegally

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@WeAreOpenreach I cannot believe I live in Basildon and not in a rural part and open reach are saying they are unable to install fibre into my home due to cost ? Apparently you are not the people that make the internet happen . 3rd world country’s have fibre but Basildon cannot

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@Bose placed an order , but still nothing , why can we not get hold of a human anymore ?

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]

@Kristin59455876 @JDVanceNewsX Trump is just bullying the side he can get away with so he can be seen to have stopped the occupation by putin , he could not and would not have treated putin that way

[Paul Gillam @castlemayne]
