@PaulMcauliffe@fiannafailparty@MaryButlerTD @fold_housing Congratulations Paul. Be great to hear you speak out on behalf of CE Supervisors who have been offered a 5% pay rise after 15yrs of nothing.
Very welcome news @joefingalgreen
Now 15 years since we got a pay rise.
With increased service provision and greater responsibility - increased pay is badly needed to stop the hemorrhaging of staff and recruitment issues.
Rather than increase the rate pay to bring it above minimum @fiannafailparty & @FineGael abolish an increment on CE assistant supervisor pay scale! Shocking & unfair of the "not the employer crowd" @cesupervisors@RTE_PrimeTime
I know some of these supervisors & I know the work they do. I am one myself. Living through the worst inflation in 40 years and no pay rise in 14. Come on @mmcgrathtd@MichealMartinTD do the right thing & support the schemes @fiannafailparty helped set up years ago @CESupervisor
@ClaireKerrane@CESupervisor@mickeydell1 and has contributed immensely to the schemes. The government needs to take our issues seriously as we are cap in hand and down on one knee at every turn when requesting a #payrise. 2/3
No pay rise for 14 YEARS!
This is the reality for CE supervisors. The Dept of Social Protection @welfare_ie have to do better.
We and @SIPTU lodged a pay claim in May, after years of other protracted processes. We’ve now referred them to the Workplace Relations Commission.
