I’m also struggling with ‘Life Hacks’ @theRCOT #OTWeek22 . I want to support the c/yp I work with to discover & problem solve for themselves wherever poss, & it’s only a hack if they call it a hack! it’s a more complex process than providing a hack.. OT is a complex profession!

@DVLAgovuk due to delays renewing my medical licence, my car insurance cannot renew my driving licence from Weds. I have tried calling 20x a day, emailing, chatbot, using the website but I cannot get through. This is unacceptable, I need to get to work. Please advise.
