@OlaElectric It's more than 10 days, I have submitted my Ola at Thane wagle estate service centre for MCU repair. Thy tld me tht in 2 days I will be informed whn the part will cme. But neither I hve got ny call nor thy have shared their number to contact. Plz help. @ola_supports

For that I am chasing from last 20 days, ur customer care, store, service centre no one has any update on this. So whom to contact as u r not calling back?
@OlaEV_Support Still no call or update on the next steps. I am not sure it's human who is replying or in human bot, who doesn't understand the pain customer is going through. If u have offered refurbished scooter then tell me the next steps.
