I ended up making an order but at a much higher price point. This time, the order went through and after suffering with their support team for the last 3 days, they failed again. New twist to the story unfolds.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp I couldn't get the chat history of their customer service, it was just hilarious. Every agent kept transferring because they are not knowledgable to handle it. Then came the concerned team who had no clue as well. A whole day with Amazon support is both ridiculous and hilarious.

This is their business model - collect VIP fees and keep cancelling on customers! No proactive communication, zero accountability.

Our membership fee = their easy revenue from frustrated customers

@HomeCentreIndia is just running a scam center. A simple refund request is taking 2 months and the only thing you hear from them - you'll get your money in 3 to 5 days or you'll hear from us in 24hrs. Guess they are in a different planet and time is slow there. #WorstService
