•actual proof of ownership of a game, not tied to a single platform (like Steam). if a platform disappears or you switch ecosystems, you can still claim and access what you bought

•rare skins could be owned and resold
•players could actually invest in collecting
•studios still take a % on every resale

that’s literally a win for both sides
players get more value, studios unlock new revenue loops
