@stripe @stripesupport @patrickc We love using Stripe Connect and have been a customer since 2015, but you are preventing a hardworking restaurant partner of ours @rootastes from getting paid a few thousand dollars of funds. We have emailed [email protected] over a week ago

You might've missed in the thread we submitted zero balance and lien termination docs, and they are from the creditor, Yalber. Unfortunately Yalber is no longer in business, so you won't hear from them. Would really appreciate your sympathy and common human sense in resolving!

No response, not even confirmation that it's being looked into. Our mom-and-pop restaurant partner is struggling with working capital while money is kept in your platform reserves. Lien was placed in Oct 2020 which flagged the account, but evidence has been submitted to clear it
